In general: add compile option -m32 to every Makefile so that the code will
also work on 64-bit machines

run_queries.c --> moved include of "interface.h" from line 5 to 6, since
                  we get a duplicate declaration of uint,... otherwise.
build_index.c --> moved include of "interface.h" from line 1 to line 3,
                  for the same reason.
